Ed Hansen has over two decades of global experience leading deal teams and providing strategic advice to program owners. His work has encompassed all types of outsourcing, managed services, ERP systems integrations, digital transformation, and other programs that serve as conduits for profound change.
He has spent most of his professional life leading or co-leading some of the top outsourcing law practices in the world, but his passion has always been people. Throughout his career, Ed has firmly believed that nothing in business is more powerful than the interpersonal relationships that drive teams to achieve great things. These relationships are the lifeblood of transformation programs and are key to driving successful results.

Co-Founder, Transformation Enablement LLC
Before co-founding Transformation Enablement LLC, Val’s experience included co-chairing a leading digital transformation practice in an AMLaw 100 law firm, and serving as the principal North American outsourcing partner for a global law firm. She focuses her work solely on digital transformation, outsourcing, managed services, ERP and similar programs that use technology as a catalyst for enterprise transformation.
Val has long been an advocate for taking a “problem-solving-first” approach to transformational deal work. She structures deals and architects documents that make complexity accessible, serving as operational guideposts throughout the program's entire life cycle.
