In Part I of this series, we argued that one cause of transformation program failure is focusing on the wrong things. These programs optimize for deployment and label it success, while the humans who are supposed to carry the transformation forward are left behind.
In Part II, we want to go one level deeper. Before you can build for adoption, you must first start to build for the right relationship. And that process begins before the contract is signed, before the vendor is selected, and even before the RFP goes out the door.
